What is
Selank
Both Selank and Semax are melanocortins and have pleiotropic effects involved in brain health and function. Selank by itself has traditionally been prescribed for anxiety and depression. - Suggested Dosage
- Initiation: Selank therapy is initiated to support cognitive function, reduce anxiety, and enhance overall mental health by modulating neurotransmitter systems and neurotrophic factors.
- Initial Dose: Begin with 1 spray (750 mcg) in each nostril once daily during the daytime for the first two weeks to assess tolerance and minimize potential side effects.
- Titration: If well tolerated, increase the dose to 1 spray (750 mcg) in each nostril twice daily during the daytime after the initial two-week period.
- Maintenance: Maintain the dose at 1 spray (750 mcg) in each nostril 1-2 times daily for ongoing support in cognitive function and mental health improvement.
- Duration: Semax is administered daily.

Procedure
- Administration
- Shake the nasal spray bottle gently before use.
- Remove the cap from the nasal spray bottle.
- Insert the nozzle into one nostril and close the other nostril with a finger.
- Press down on the pump to release 1 spray (750 mcg) while inhaling gently through the nose.
- Repeat the process for the other nostril.
- Administer the spray 1-2 times daily as prescribed.
- Do not exceed the recommended dosage unless advised by a healthcare provider.
- For next usage
- Store the nasal spray bottle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Ensure the bottle is tightly sealed to maintain the integrity of the solution.
